From my understanding the McKinney Belk has a new Regional Manager and all I can say is the service is AMAZING…like what shopping at a department store used to be AMAZING! Greeted at the door, when the line to check out got long, staff showed up quickly & all were super friendly, and when something was marked incorrectly, they immediately credited my account and apologized that I had to come back. Whatever the new Regional Manager is doing, he needs to be commended for the training and superior expectations he’s passing on to this store’s staff! Thank you so much and shopping here is a true experience.

I don’t come in Belk often but stopped in today as I had some time to kill. In general, I think customer service in retail is severely lacking but lucky for Belk they have Doris on staff! Although I did not need any help while o was shopping I was lucky enough to be checked out by Doris. She was a breath of fresh air! So friendly and courteous and a wonderful representation of what customer service looks like!

Needed a gift for the mother-in-law and belk was perfect. They had the type of wallet she likes and they were easy to find. BEST part about this visit was that on this particular day they had minute to win it games in the middle of the aisle along with the chick fil a cow...and I had my daughter with me so yayyy!! While I know this event is not an everyday occurrence, the staff was SO friendly to my daughter and super fun!! Seems not only like a comfortable place to shop but also a fabulous place to work!!

The service was very good as well as the layout and cleanliness of the store. I was able to find what I was looking for with ease and at a affordable price with immense value.
